Businesses and organisations use leaflets to inform people about their business, product, service, or organisation. Here are some tips on how to write a good leaflet to spread the word about what you’re doing. 

Start with a clear objective 

Before writing your first word, think about what you want to accomplish by creating the leaflet. What do you hope to achieve? Do you want to sell more products or services? Are you trying to raise awareness about a cause? Is there something else you want to convey? Once you have a clear idea of why you are making the leaflet, write down your objectives. 

Choose a layout that works best for your message 

There are several different ways to lay out a leaflet. You can use one large image with text underneath, or two smaller images with text above each other. If you decide to go with a larger image, make sure that it is centered on the page so that it will fit well on any size paper.

Include a call to action 

Make sure that your leaflet includes a clear call to action. This means that there should be something at the end of the leaflet that encourages people to take some kind of action. For example, if you sell products online, you might ask them to visit your website or sign up for your newsletter.

Add graphics or photos 

Graphics and photos can help make your leaflets more visually appealing. They can also add credibility by giving the impression that the company behind the leaflet has a professional image.

Be consistent throughout 

Make sure that every element of your leaflet is consistent with the rest of your branding. This includes fonts, colors, images, and layout. If you use different fonts or colors in one section than another, it will feel disjointed and confusing.
